Navi Randhawa, M.D., BCBA
Founder/Co-Clinical Director
Navi has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2016, helping families manage challenging behaviors at home. He has extensive experience across centers, homes, schools, and community settings, which allows him to understand the struggles parents face when dealing with behaviors like tantrums, difficulties with transitions, and handling “no.” Navi’s approach focuses on teaching practical strategies that empower parents to manage their child’s behavior, helping create a more peaceful and positive environment at home. He is dedicated to supporting families every step of the way.
Shawn Amparano, M.Ed., BCBA
Founder/Co-Clinical Director
Meet Shawn, a dedicated professional with 15 years of experience in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities across the lifespan. His journey began with nearly a decade spent enriching the lives of adults in group homes and day program settings, where he fostered environments that promoted independence and well-being. Motivated by a passion for early intervention, Shawn transitioned to specialize in working with autistic children. Rooted in developmental principles and a neurodiversity-affirming approach, Shawn’s methodology for clinical behavior change emphasizes both accommodations and skill-building. He is committed to advocating for meaningful, life-enhancing outcomes, ensuring that those under his care achieve the highest quality of life.
